Supported nearly 200 clients with laptops, providing hardware & software support. Expanded the company.s role to be the helpdesk for CIG.s Manhattan offices.

Oversaw the day-to-day operation of the college’s NetWare 3.x and 4.x network with over 500 nodes and 1,200 accounts, several servers, and thirteen remote sites. Taught classes in programming, operating systems and technical drafting.
