Be Thankful

Wow, oh wow what a trip the last day has been.

So, I had dinner plans last night, and they were immediately complicated by the fact that I locked myself out of my office. No cell phone, but fortunately I had my wallet with me, so I could still get food, which is good, because I had been told about this place and the ranting and raving alone were enough to make me drool. Medifast: Success Story. From 208# to 165# in Four Months

I just weighed in at 165.8. Take out the 8oz. coffee and 8oz. soup I ingested prior to weighing myself, and I am now officially under my target weight of 165#.

I win.
