Client: We have a problem
Me: Okay, can you describe it in detail?
Client: Not really.
Me: Okay… can you describe it at all?
Client: I think so.
Me: I have faith in you. Take a stab at it.
Client: The Internet is down, I can’t get my mail, this person doesn’t have an account, the computer won’t boot at all, the router is broken, the server is down, we can’t send mail, and this network sucks.
Me: Right. Looks like you need a password reset.
