		<description>Hi Peter...I too was shocked to hear that the Bethel powers-that-be were unable to grasp the significance of the e-c fiber proposal.

Remember though, these are the folks that do not consider keeping sidewalks clear of snow in the winter a necessary part of town maintenance.

They have finally come around though, signed on, and it will be a wondrous day when e-c fiber comes to Barnard and Bethel! :)
